Start and stop
On Mac, start blink reminders and distance breaks separately from the menu bar. On iPhone, use Today to manage both session types. On Apple Watch, use the main screen to start and end blink reminders. No Blink account is required.
Free trial and lifetime access
The new pricing plan offers a free download and an optional 7-day trial of all features. Blink and distance-break reminders stop after the trial; settings and history remain available. Lifetime access costs a one-time CNY 12 in mainland China, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The purchase screen shows the actual local price. The same App Store purchasing account shares access across iPhone/iPad and Mac; restore purchases in Settings. Apple Watch receives access from the paired iPhone. After buying on Mac, open Blink on iPhone with the same purchasing account to send access to Watch. Trial background reminders are scheduled in batches. Phone and Watch show when scheduled reminders end; open the app before that time to continue. Lifetime reminders repeat continuously. Reinstallation and restoration do not restart the trial. Customers who bought the previous paid version retain lifetime access.
Missing reminders
Allow Blink notifications on iPhone and Apple Watch, then check Focus, silent mode, and volume. Enable Reminder Sound or Soft Sound in Blink settings if you want sound. Apple Watch notifications are delivered by the system when the screen is off; sound and haptics follow system settings.
Adjust reminders
Change intervals in settings. Active phone and watch sessions reschedule notifications using the new settings. Ending a session cancels future reminders. Cue position, duration, and trackpad haptics apply only to Mac.
Sync and offline use
Cross-device sync requires the same Apple Account and available iCloud service. Local reminders work offline. Open the app after reconnecting to allow syncing. Active sessions cannot be ended remotely from another device.
Report a problem
Include the app version, device model, OS version, steps to reproduce, and whether the app was in the foreground or the device was locked. Do not include passwords.
Health information
Blink provides behavioral reminders only. Reminder counts are not measurements of actual blinks. Consult a qualified professional about persistent eye discomfort.
